The Seasoned Schemer and it's predecessor The Little Schemer, by Daniel Friedman and Matthias Fellstein, are two of the best books for learning Scheme and functional programming out there. The other two books, the Little Schemer, and the Seasoned Schemer, by Matthias Felleisen and Daniel P. I haven't read The Little Lisper, but The Little Schemer is a great book.
